Due to the nature of the information being provided, there are absolutely no refunds unless stated otherwise.

Exchanges

You must contact us via email at majorplayzsportsbetting@gmail.com before exchanging an item.

If an exchange is approved, the item must be sent back to our P.O. Box within 7 days of receiving the item.

1. Items must not contain any evidence of wear or stains.

2. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer will be responsible for the return cost.
   
   Once item has been returned:
   
   When item is returned to us we will throughly check the product for any stains, tears or evidence of being worn. If the product is deemed not sellable you will not receive an exchange and item will be returned back to you. Once the product has passed our product testing stage then you will be sent your exchange. You will not receive any exchange until the product is received and inspected.
